Items purchased between November 1 and December 24, 2008 may be returned up to Saturday, January 31, 2009. Items must be received by LuckyBrand.com or returned at a Lucky Brand Retail Store by Saturday, January 31, 2009. No Exceptions
30 Day Online Return/Exchange Policy
Here at Lucky Brand, we want to make sure that you are completely satisfied
with your purchase. If for any reason you are unhappy with an item you have purchased,
please return it within 30 days of the date of invoice (or as permitted under the
exceptions indicated below). We will gladly exchange your product or credit your
account.
Please note: All products must be returned in their original condition,
unworn and unwashed with tags still attached, with a copy of the invoice and the
reason for return included.
Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
If, for any reason, you would like to EXCHANGE a product, luckybrand.com
will happily ship the replacement at NO SHIPPING CHARGE to you.
Exceptions to Return Policy
SALE Merchandise: Returns or exchanges purchased from LuckyBrand.com
must be returned to the online store within 15 days of the invoice date. Returns
or exchanges on sale merchandise will not be accepted at our retail stores.
No price adjustments on previous purchases. No exceptions.
FINAL SALE or CLEARANCE Merchandise: All sales are final. Absolutely
no refunds or exchanges will be accepted at the online or our retail stores. No
price adjustments on previous purchases. No exceptions.
Prices shown reflect the additional discount taken.
Lucky Brand Retail & Outlet Store Purchases: Returns
or exchanges from our retail stores will not be accepted.
Gift Cards: Returns or exchanges will not be accepted.
Acccessories Returns or exchanges must be made through LuckyBrand.com
and will not be accepted in our retail stores.
Swimwear: Returns or exchanges must be made through LuckyBrand.com
within 15 days of the invoice date. They will not be accepted at our retail stores.
Additionally, due to the intimate nature of swimwear, items must be unworn with
all tags and hygiene strip intact.
Returning or Exchanging your Item(s)
Option 1 ...Quickly and Conveniently
1. Detach the Return Form from the packing slip (included with your order shipment),
and keep the customer receipt for your records.
2. Mark the item(s) that you would like to return on the Return Form as either Refund
or Exchange and note the reason with the appropriate Reason Code.
3. Pack the item(s) to be returned and include the completed Return Form.
4. Attach the Shipping Return Label provided and send the package back to us via
UPS. To find a UPS location near you, visit
www.UPS.com/dropoff. Should you use the UPS
shipping label provided, the cost of shipping and handling will be deducted from
your refund as follows: 1 item $5.50; 2 or more items - $8.50.
Option 2 ...On Your Own or from Outside
the United States & Puerto Rico
1. Detach the Return Form from the packing slip (included with your order shipment),
and keep the customer receipt for your records.
2. Mark the item(s) that you would like to return on the Return Form as either Refund
or Exchange and note the reason with the appropriate Reason Code.
3. Pack the item(s) to be returned and include the completed Return Form.
4. Send the package via insured mail (your must prepay the postage cost - no C.O.D.)
or trackable shipping method to the following:

in the United States & Puerto Rico
1. Find a Lucky Brand Retail Store near you by checking out our
Store Locator. Returns will not be accepted at Lucky Brand
Jeans Retail stores outside of the United States & Puerto Rico, Lucky Brand
Outlet stores or Lucky Brand Retailers.
2. Simply bring the order invoice to make a return or exchange to any of our Lucky
Brand Jeans or Lucky Kid Retail stores in the United States & Puerto Rico. Some
exceptions apply). The Lucky Brand store will exchange, refund or credit the
item(s) less appropriate adustments for shipping and handling.
